2. Services Description
Simlyst provides AI readiness, implementation, agents and automation, governance, and AI-search consultancy services. A website description does not itself create a consulting engagement; scope, responsibilities, fees, acceptance criteria, and data handling are agreed separately in writing.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing lawful, accurate information, protecting credentials and confidential material, reviewing outputs before material use, and following any responsibilities agreed for a consulting engagement. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal data through the public consultation form.
4. Limitation of Liability
Simlyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
